1. Overview This website is operated by Changzhou Wansen New Materials Co., Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Changzhou Wansen New Materials Co., Ltd. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. B2B Trading Nature Our website and services are primarily intended for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing products for commercial, industrial, or professional use.

3. Products or Services We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products (PPF, Car Films, etc.) to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

4. Pricing and Payment Prices displayed on the site may be indicative. Final pricing is subject to the formal Proforma Invoice (PI) issued by our sales team. Payment terms shall be agreed upon in writing (e.g., T/T, L/C) before production or shipment.

5. Shipping and Trade Terms We offer flexible shipping terms to meet our clients' needs, including EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.

• Shipping Arrangements: For bulk orders, we can assist in arranging ocean or air freight to your designated port. The specific trade term for each order will be defined in the Proforma Invoice (PI).

• Import Duties & Customs (Crucial): Regardless of the shipping term chosen (even for CIF orders), the Buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance procedures in the destination country (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs departments.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

7. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors.

8. Prohibited Uses You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

4. الأسعار والدفع: قد تكون الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع أسعارًا إرشادية. تخضع الأسعار النهائية للفاتورة الأولية الرسمية الصادرة عن فريق المبيعات لدينا. يتم الاتفاق على شروط الدفع كتابيًا (مثل التحويل المصرفي، الاعتماد المستندي) قبل الإنتاج أو الشحن.

5. الشحن وشروط التجارة: نقدم شروط شحن مرنة لتلبية احتياجات عملائنا، بما في ذلك EXW وFOB وCFR وCIF.

ترتيبات الشحن: بالنسبة للطلبات الكبيرة، يمكننا المساعدة في ترتيب الشحن البحري أو الجوي إلى الميناء المحدد. سيتم تحديد شرط التجارة المحدد لكل طلب في الفاتورة الأولية.

الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب (مهم جدًا): بغض النظر عن شرط الشحن المختار (حتى لطلبات CIF)، يتحمل المشتري وحده مسؤولية جميع رسوم الاستيراد وضريبة القيمة المضافة والضرائب وإجراءات التخليص الجمركي في بلد الوجهة (مثل المملكة العربية السعودية، الإمارات العربية المتحدة). نحن غير مسؤولين عن التأخيرات التي تسببها إدارات الجمارك.

6. دقة معلومات الفوترة والحساب: نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي طلب تقدمه إلينا. في حالة قيامنا بتغيير أو إلغاء طلب، قد نحاول إبلاغك عن طريق الاتصال بالبريد الإلكتروني و/أو عنوان الفوترة/رقم الهاتف المقدم عند تقديم الطلب. 7. الأخطاء وعدم الدقة والسهو: قد تحتوي بعض المعلومات على موقعنا الإلكتروني على أخطاء مطبعية أو معلومات غير دقيقة أو سهو يتعلق بأوصاف المنتجات أو الأسعار أو العروض الترويجية أو التوفر. نحتفظ بالحق في تصحيح أي أخطاء.
